How do I purchase a particular service?
As each project is unique, we engage in a consultative approach through discussion and comprehension. We accept payment via wire transfer after we provide an invoice. 3030 works on a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery for all services. Shooting on location, how does that work?
3030 has filmed in a diverse range of locations and settings. From film studios to bustling public spaces, conferences, dilapidated warehouses, and stunning natural landscapes, we have experienced it all.
We conduct thorough scouting of locations for filming in advance. Any required licenses will be obtained as necessary, and these costs will be incorporated into the 'delivery cost' if applicable.
Ensuring safety during on-location shooting is the top priority and will remain essential for all projects.
On the day, what do I nees to do and how does it work?
At least two days prior to the scheduled shoot, you will receive a comprehensive shoot guide or script. This document will detail the location, timing, attire, makeup, style guidelines, service breakdown, weather forecast, scene descriptions, and a summary of the concept and execution, along with any other pertinent information for the shoot day. It is advisable to have this guide accessible on your phone or tablet, or to print it out, as it will serve as a valuable resource to help you navigate the filming day effectively.
3030 is prepared to assist with all production processes, excluding makeup and clothing, travel to and from locations, and the provision of the music file associated with the final product. Regarding music and mp3 files, please note that if you require 3030 to create or obtain a music file for your project, an additional fee will apply.
Do you have insurance?
We can supply a current insurance statement upon request, which will cover the specific day(s) of the shoot, starting from the designated time on that day.
Copyright licences, what should I know?
Unless you are generating revenue from the final product in ways that could violate the rights of other artists or involve defaming another artist's work, you are not at risk of infringement. If you intend to monetize your creation, it will be necessary to conduct a thorough review of the appropriate copyrights associated with the final product, a process we can assist with. Any expenses related to obtaining copyright licenses will be categorized as a 'delivery cost.'
Do I own the final product?
You retain ownership of your work and the right to utilize the final product across any of your social media platforms. Should you choose to upload and share your work through channels that are not your personal ones (such as a third party), you are required to inform us, at a minimum, via email or directly to 3030 socials. It is essential to receive a confirmation response from us, which you should keep for your records, to ensure we are aware of any external sharing of your content. Failing to comply with this requirement will result in the loss of your rights to the work. Similarly, 3030 will inform you if any of your work is shared outside of the personal channels associated with 3030.
Can I have the RAW footage from the shoot?
You are permitted to obtain the RAW footage. However, please be aware that there is an additional fee associated with this request. Furthermore, any RAW files provided, whether in their original form or re-edited, must appropriately credit 3030. Requests for RAW files must be submitted before filming. The method of file sharing will depend on the total size of the compiled RAW files. For information regarding costs, please include that in your message via 'Contact Us' on the Homepage.
Do you do group bookings?
Indeed, we have previously filmed large dance groups. This approach is a highly economical method for building a portfolio, as the expenses can be distributed among the members of the troupe. or collective talent.
Do you do accept work outside of your presented services?
Certainly, we are willing to undertake projects that fall within our expertise, even if they are not part of our usual offerings. Our experience includes creating Product Videos, Advertisements, Promotional Content, Event Coverage, Corporate Functions, Professional Sports, Influencer Edits, Documentaries, Behind-the-Scenes Footage, and more.
